It is now looking likely that the last two sets of DVD's I have sent back to Amazon have gone missing in the post.
In the last set there was two dvd's in a single case, hence amazon are three dvd's down and I'm starting to look even more like a crook.
Amazon may write this off but how common is it and where are the dvd's going?
Does anyone else have experience of lots (i.e. more than 1 out of every say 20 rentals) of dvd rentals going missing in the post?
