Hi Beth, and welcome to our forum.

I have had a look at our database and I have found price submission

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Completely refit new bathroom suite (repositioning toilet), inc. wall & floor tiling, electrics etc.(cost of labour only)

    * Price/Cost = £2,500 per item/job

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That should give you an idea of how much it will cost to put the bathroom in upstairs, assuming you use the suite from downastairs.

Getting a price for removing the old one is a bit tricky. If you are literally just ripping out the bathroom suite and leaving a bare building site type room then I would expect to pay maybe £250-£500 for someone to do that. However if you want the old bathroom room rewired, retiled and replastered you could easily spend another £2500 in it.

Hopefully that helps a little, but if anyone has any more specific prices please drop a note in this forum!
