What should I charge to lay per sq m of 10x6 reclaimed roof tile?
I recently started to take on my own roofing jobs after subing for many years and don't know the current rate I should be charging. Huh

The only price for labour per was £17 per hour and that was two years ago. I would say closer to £20 per hour again depending on where in the country for labour only. More in London, probably £25-30.

Do you not have any mates in the same or a similar business you can find out what the hourly labour rate is? estimate the total time for the job including some travel, setting up. Then add the materials cost on top. The prices we have typically lump everything together.

Sorry for the rather trivial answer but thats the best I can do. If there are any professional roofers out there who have a better answer then please repsond...

as a builder myself.... I just look at how long it would take me @ £200 per day plus T?E etc... goodluck!
