What John Prescott DID NOT do for us all

I am angry that JOHN PRESCOTT (as the assistant Prime Minister) put 30,000 electrians out of work at one swipe without pre-consultation with the trade. My BF was a fabulous and experienced spark who trained with a utility company and even became an inspector....he cannot now do jobs for old people that he has done all his life without registering (and therby passing on the costs to customers), however, PRESCOTT (2 Jags) has allowed every householder to taking various bits of wiring to pieces, change a power socket etc and thus blow themselves to pieces but a very knowledgeable tradesman can't do it.....It should have been - everyone who was qualified kept their certifcate free with all NEW sparks having to register.
