under stairs loo

OK, I'm having a re think.

I am considring having a downstairs loo put in thecupboard under the stairs.  The cupboard is about 10 feet from where the old dounstairs loo used to be and in a nice straight line to the drain etc.

Problem is the fuse box etc are in the cupboard.  Would it be possible to have a loo put in there because of this?  It will cost a lot to move them.

I would guess a cupboard or something could be put round them.  Any ideas on cost for doing this would also beuseful.
