Hi all


Ok, so i am a carpenter by trade and generally have worked for someone else, however i have been offered 2 * two bed houses to finish.
The brick skin and roof are on but not covered,project details can be supplied, ie no of doors etc if anyone is willing?

Is there an industry standard per square metre??

 i have a figure in my head that i am sort of happy with, but don't want to over or under price.
If anyone could help me i would be grateful and maybe even able to offer a drink in return of the help!!
