Hi
Recently bought an old house. Previous owners have removed the lounges ceiling & walls leaving joists and brickwork exposed. Have asked for quotes for
Living Room

- To demolish existing internal wall between living room and dining room, install steel beam over, make good to walls and floor. Lounge approx 12 x 12 same for dining room
- Face steel with 2no layers of fireline board with plaster skim finish
- Apply tight coat of sand/cement render to 3no internal living room walls, incorporating waterproofing admix.
- Dry line walls with 12.5mm plasterboard with plaster skim finish.
- Board and skim living room ceiling with insulation above.
- Remove and refit existing radiator and alter pipe work to hide behind plasterboard.
- Supply and fit skirting board to match existing
- Supply and fit 3no double sockets and 1no TV point.

Dining Room

- Alter existing pipe work to be chased into existing wall.
- Make good to plasterwork and renew section of skirting as required.

Kitchen

- Allow to form pipe boxing with nosing to conceal pipe work under step

What would be anyones estimate fbe or this work. Have received 2 quotes one twice the price of the other. thought both were quite expensive. I live in the Workington area

Many thanks
