Lintel above new upvc window/door how much?

I had a kitchen window a bit of brick then a door. I have now had the window changed to a upvc one and the door plus the bit of brick work replaced with a upvc french door.

Obviously the bit of brickwork that was in the middle had one end of each lintel (window/door) resting on it and its now just a upvc door frame.

The outside lintels are metal and theres about a 2mm gap between them, the inside lintel is brick and theres roughly a 3inch gap between them.
Im told the outside lintels should be ok as the door frame is kind of supporting them, but the inside lintels have no support.

What should i do?
If its replace both inside and outside lintels? roughly 12ft how much would this cost?
