Can anyone advise please?

We bought a house with two rectangular bay windows that are about 3,200mm long x 1,200 high with small fixed 'sidelights' at 90 degrees at each end. The window units are aluminium framed & double glazed. They were badly fitted.

FAULT
Window units were inserted into hardwood timber framework which is OKish ...BUT the bases sit on timber which then sits recessed on bull-nosed brick sills. Basically, they rely on mastic to seal all the gaps....BAD design in anyone's book. I am therefore looking for a method of retro-fitting external uPVC sills to the existing installation.

QUESTIONS
1) Does anyone know of a supplier web site where I can find uPVC external window sills that can be fitted (DIY)?
2) I don't know the deatils of how the 90 degree corners at the end of each window bay would be joined. Can anyone advise on what is needed?
3) Any idea on prices?

Thanks in advance.
