Hi,
I am a senior citizen in receipt of pension credits;according to the NHS price guide, entitles me to free dental treatment.
However, common sense tells me that most dentists are not going to be too happy taking me on, and no doubt I will only get the really basic service available. I'm desperate to have a new denture made and as some of you will know if a denture does not fit absolutely perfectly it can ruin your quality of life. I do have some money saved, do you think I should bite the bullet (if only I could

) and pay as a NHS patient? What do you think I should do?
Thanks for any positive contribution here
