Hi. how much to build a 1st floor extension?
Details:
Approx 30ft x 15 ft
Staircase already in place.
To be built onto existing ground floor building.
No plumbing required.
Electrics for lighting required.
Will require some sort of roof! (due to unusual beach front design of building, flat roof may be OK)
Will need to cut into existing pitched roof.
Timber framed with UPVC weatherboarding. Large UPVC windows.
Floorboards.
