Hi,
I would like to know what I must expect to pay in London for labour (only) per square meter for laying Engineered wood floor with no gluing needed and an underlay.
I have heard talk of anything between £16 - 35 per sq. meter!
Thanks.

I would expect to pay about that sort of price for the actual wood floor (materials), not the labour charges. Isn't it designed to be easy to lay? Then again I'm a cheap scate on these things.

Though looking through our prices I see that for example people have paid between £50 and £100 per square metre for fit and supply wooden flooring (depending on type of wood and qualiy of finish) so your price seems the 'norm' for fitting only.

Anyone else comment or have any more specific details to help?
